Are you struggling with sleep problems, chronic pain, depression or anxiety?
Often people use coping strategies that are ineffective and costly. Dr. Gentry provides treatment that is evidence-based proven by research to be effective to help reduce stress, emotional and physical pain, and reliance to prescription medications. You will be able to create healthier behaviors so you can live a more fullfilling life.
There is increasing research that shows long term use of sleeping and anti-anxiety medications may be associated with increased risk for dementia, cancer and mortality. Medications are not the best approach for treatment of chronic insomnia, but rather cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). Dr. Gentry has specialized training in CBT-I and has been featured on the news and in magazine articles. See Dr. Gentry's latest segment on channel 2 news and her articles in the Reno News and Review and Healthy Beginnings Magazine.
